Welcome, Patina lovers !

Time leaves its mark on objects. We have chosen to honor it. Each watch is modified and patinated by hand in our workshop in France, inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and wabi-sabi aesthetics. Here, time is not erased.

MY STORIE

I am French-Japanese, born between two cultures that share the same respect for time, craftsmanship, and materials. Very early on, I began assembling watches out of passion. Not to follow a trend, but to understand how an object lives, how it ages, how it tells a story through its marks and imperfections. Looking at modern watchmaking, something was missing for me...

The art of patina

French-Japanese, I assemble and patinate watches as a passion, inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and wabi-sabi. Aging a watch is an art that requires time, experience, and intuition. Each piece is unique, handcrafted, without compromise.

Why choose Takumi expertise?

TAKUMI craft

At TAKUMI, each watch is treated as an object of character, not a mass-produced product. Every piece is shaped by time, intention, and craftsmanship.

We believe that aging a watch is an art. Patina is not an effect, but a controlled and patient process inspired by Japanese craftsmanship and the wabi-sabi philosophy.

Each watch is hand-assembled, hand-patinated, and individually tested. No industrial production. No identical pieces. What you receive is truly one of a kind.

Buying from TAKUMI means choosing authenticity, craftsmanship, and a direct connection to the workshop.
